Our appointment was so smooth we got there they took us immediately everything was explained to me in great detail I was very comforted by what was being said to me and then we got to go home so it was like in and out it was great and the staff was so sweet
My Doctor didn't even know I was admitted. Now I may have surgery tomorrow
My sister Brenda had surgery today she's doing okay right now she's going to have to go to a rehab center
Currently have been waiting 2 hours. No one is here and we keep being told there are no rooms available. When asked if they can call one of the affiliated hospitals in the area to see if they have any room we were pretty much told "not sure how that works"! Staff is not empathetic to young patients!
I THINK AND FEEL THEY ARE THE BEST...ALWAYS KIND AND COURTEOUS.... I FEEL WELCOME AND IN GOOD CARE WHEN I'M THERE.... THANK YOU.. FRANCISCAN HEALTH !
