Never be admitted into a hospital --any hospital-- and not have someone present to advocate for you. Last night I had to raise hell regarding the treatment of one of my hearts. Suspecting that maybe I might hop my big ass over the counter, folks literally jumped to attention, after hours of watching my loved one suffer needlessly. So sad. Damnit.
