RecommendedDoctors and nurses were very nice and professional. Outpatient surgery was very clean and prompt.
Where do I start most of the nurses and staff are rude nobody's at the desk in er besides security food is nasty never have any rooms available so I'm forced to stay in er till one's open i had similar experiences with Porter Regional but at least they have lil better food ppl at the desk lil better staff an rooms open most of the time if i needa go to a hospital again i think I'll just die till i get to porter

I had a very good experience with Dr. Bailey at your convenience clinic today on South Franklin. I felt as though she thorough, and committed to providing quality care. I would absolutely recommend her.
My wife and I physically delivered her MRI orders from Dr. Plank's office to FPN Valpo (Lim) this past Friday, and were promised in person that this information was promptly faxed to Franciscan CNPT for authorization. Not surprisingly, called them this morning and CNPT says nothing was sent from Valpo. The incompetence continues, as does my wife's pain, congratulations Franciscan.
Have the doctors available on Friday afternoons!!!!!!!!
This place is disgusting more at risk of getting an infection from there then anything. Poor staff attitude and slow service. Wouldn't recommend. Go to Laporte not here
