I took my 4yr old daughter there at 10p Saturday night and it was full. I started to leave, but against my better judgement I stayed. I only took about 10 minutes to get called and another 40 minutes to go back to a room. The nurses and doctors was very nice to her and I. They x-rays was fast. We left about 12:20. Not a bad experience for a 4 yr old. Thanks Franciscans Health staff job well done!!!
I went in with a head injury and it still took over an hour to be seen by a doctor. If would have had bleeding in my brain it would have been a bit late. Luckily it was just a concussion.
The staff are always friendly and on point with the hospitality. They tended to my wife in a timely matter and they made sure she was comfortable during her stay. I know first hand when I was hospitalized there a year ago, they were amazing. Thank you guys so much for all the hard work you do. NK72
I wouldn't take my dog there to be treated! They are the worst hospital I've ever been to in my life.
My husband was scheduled for outpatient surgery. From the time we walked in the door to the time that we left.... every single person that helped us was on the same page. Every nurse we had knew exactly why he was there, knew his name and honestly genuinely cared about him and his comfort. Everyone there seemed to really love their job and their patients. This is the best hospital there take good care of my husband I thank you from the bottom of my heart
They were very wonderful and efficient at treating me for an allergic reaction! This was back in 2014.
