I recently relocated to Philadelphia and was searching for an eye doctor when I found Dr. Francis Clark. He had to be the best physician I've ever encountered. I was able to ask him all the questions I had since I felt at ease doing so. He struck me as being incredibly open, honest, and helpful. I'd advise anyone seeking for a new eye doctor to consider him!

Finally, a positive healthcare experience. The staff was really well organized, the office was spotless, professional, and up to date . I had no trouble checking in for my appointment and was seen pretty much right away. Additionally, I had no problems checking out, and the staff at the front desk had no problems with my insurance. The doctor, Clark, and all of the nurses showed kindness, patience, and attention to detail.

When you have a medical problem, working with Dr. Clark is a pleasure. He patiently and clearly discussed every detail pertaining to my diagnosis and treatment after I sustained a major eye injury. He has transformed what would otherwise be a very stressful situation into something I can understand, allowing me to concentrate on what I can do to speed up my recovery.

Everybody was incredibly professional. Given that I was a last-minute emergency, I anticipated waiting a lot longer. But they moved rapidly to get me in and out. Dr. Clark was very attentive and questioned me extensively about my symptoms to rule out other possibilities. I can recognize his natural clinical competence as a retired emergency room nurse. My new eye doctor is Dr. Clarke. I recently saw him for the second time since switching to his practice. He is really kind, very understanding, and very attentive. In order to fully understand my eyes and everything that might be related to my physical and mental health with regard to my numerous eye disorders, he takes the time to listen to me and asks pertinent questions. After finding out from my previous ophthalmologist that my increasing blurry vision was from more than just cataracts, that included a cornea problem called Fuchs, I knew I needed to find a specialist to guide my options for treatment. Last week, I visited Peddler's Village. I'm ashamed to admit that while eating outside, I passed out and threw up. A doctor quickly arrived out of nowhere, evaluated the situation, took my vital signs, noticed my heart was beating, and determined I was safe. I needed that.he actually cleaned my face and started to clean up my vomit...I am still speechless and crying at this moment. His assurance was quite comforting. Finding the greatest cataract surgeon took me more than a year, but it was the best choice I could have made. Dr. Clark took me through the entire process and addressed all of my worries in a very professional manner. Every time I phoned with questions, the office personnel was incredibly helpful. Overall, I'm grateful for the wonderful people I got to meet and, most importantly, the top-notch care I received for my eye surgery.
