He explains things to me in a way that I understand, and he always listens and responds to my inquiries. It lays out my alternatives and allows me to make the best decision for myself. When you're behind, he never rushes you through. Very approachable! Always considerate, understanding, and supportive. He specializes in premium cataract surgery, although he can perform any procedure. I have recommended several folks to him and all have loved his care.

Basics: Appointment time was kept, reception was efficient, nurse and doctor were welcoming. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Francis J. Clark. A great listener, observer and communicator. Very knowledgeable and caring. Worked to address an issue with a reasonable goal and understanding of what was important to me. I am in great hands. The first time in my life with an eye doctor.

Dr. Clark was extremely attentive, thorough, and accommodating. He was really helpful in guiding me through my cataract surgery decisions, and he seemed to have my best interests at heart, both physically and emotionally.

As a first-time patient at this practice, I had a fantastic experience. It was really simple to schedule an appointment, and the entire staff was extremely polite and personable. I walked into Dr Clark office late Friday afternoon for eye pain, rather severe, after my own eye doctor told me to go to the local Emergency Room. They were very willing to see me, and even though the office was very busy, I was seen fairly quickly. Their process is smooth & efficient. Dr Clark was so amazingly charming and thorough and removed a rusted piece of metal from my eye. I felt great relief. I never post reviews, but this care is worth such praise as it is not seen in medicine any more.

I'm very pleased I took my time and talked to a few different doctors before selecting on Dr. Clark. I've had my cataract procedures for a month now, and I'm thrilled with the outcomes so far. Dr. Clark addressed all of my questions before the operation and did not try to upsell me on any needless procedures, as other doctors had done in the past. He also had a wonderful bedside manner, which put me at ease.

My encounter with Dr. Francis Clark left a lasting impression on me. He has a warm and welcoming bedside demeanor and is quite likeable. Dr. Clark took the time and initiative to inquire about my eye and medical history, as well as make new recommendations that I had not considered previously. The nurses and the rest of the personnel are wonderful, and they make you feel at ease and welcome. After walking in for my appointment, I was seen within 5 minutes.
