They always treat me with tender loving care. Because they really do care. Years ago my husband passed out in their office. Dr Clark was called to provide CPR , and did not give up after an hour. My husband survived, and we celebrated our 60th anniversary. Glad he was trained and skilled beyond an eye doctor.

I had an urgent visit on Saturday. I was seen as soon as I arrived. No time was wasted. The staff was quite kind. The doctor, Francis Clark, treated me with consideration and courtesy. This is a very honest surgeon. I was scared into having an emergency laser surgery by another ophthalmologist and my son, who is an ophthalmologist recommended another opinion. Dr Clark was the opinion and assured me a laser was not necessary. Over the weekend I was evaluated by my son, the ophthalmologist, who also said the laser was wrong advise. Dr Clark was extremely professional and extensive in his exam.

The doctor and his team were attentive to me. That was a fantastic experience all by itself. They were excellent at making me feel at ease and I didn't have to wait. My experience was made comfortable by everyone, so I won't have to worry about visiting the doctor's office in the future. I had a great time seeing Dr. Clark. In addition to being a very smart doctor, he is also incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He is so modest that I doubt he is aware of his specialness.

Dr Clark saw me as an emergency yesterday. It was a pleasure to work with this office. I was about an hour late, and despite their busy schedule, they sawme. I was seen fairly quickly by a very professional staff, and Dr Clark impressed me with both the amount of time he spent with me and the quality of the exam he performed. As a physician, he is agreat listener, patience of a saint, he has an uncanny ability to laser focus on you. It was a wonderful experience.
