To me, Francis Clark is a blessing. I need someone to listen to my various eye problems and offer me advice in this time when everything is moving so quickly. Francis Clark is that person. He spends time with me and discusses EVERY problem. I am confident that if I go to Dr. Clark with any problem, he will treat it with all of his attention, excellent technology, and diligent follow-up. The bond as a doctor, person, and friend is special.

The doctor and his staff have been very helpful to me with a variety of my difficulties, as stated in the other 5-star reviews. Despite having a busy office, I can usually have an appointment set up within a few days of calling, and I frequently get a response to my phone or email queries the same day. I have seen a lot of doctors during my life, but very rarely have I encountered one as knowledgable, understanding, and caring as Dr. Francis James Clark, Best of Philadelphia!

I owed Dr. Clark and the team my life and believed I was receiving the best care possible. I wouldn't be alive today if Dr. Clark hadn't listened, demanded that I go to the hospital, and I hadn't followed his diagnosis and recommended course of action! Very caring and concerned!

It is refreshing to know that medical professionals like Dr Clark are still available. When my somewhat confused elderly parent was told he needed cataract surgery requiring costly technology without other options I intervened. We saw Dr Frances Clark who not only didn't recommend my father to pay extra, he informed us the surgery was elective and not urgent..

As a seasoned nurse, I give Dr. Clark five stars overall for his compassion and professionalism. A very huge cataract that another surgeon thought would be too challenging to remove required surgery on me. I was independently referred to Dr. Clark by several sources. The very following day, I saw 20/20.

They always treat me with tender loving care. Because they really do care. Years ago my husband passed out in their office. Dr Clark was called to provide CPR , and did not give up after an hour. My husband survived, and we celebrated our 60th anniversary. Glad he was trained and skilled beyond an eye doctor.
