The last visit went fast, arrived early was taken in early & got out early. Dr. Fran was great as usual. Friendly, witty and knows her stuff. Couldn't ask for a better doc and her assistants too!
Dr. Swartz always make you feel at ease. If you are worried when you come in, by the time you leave you feel at ease. I recommend her highly.
Excellent doctor! She was very patient listening to my history/symptoms. Took time to examine the problem and then reviewed how the complaints fit the diagnosis she arrived at. Most important is that she listened to my goals of needing to remain active as we reviewed treatment options. Having a sketch of the treatment options was quite helpful in choosing which would be the best fit.
I was truly impressed with the office staff, particularly the P.A., Stephanie Featherstone who was professional and answered many questions. Dr. Francesca Swartz was fantastic. She has a wonderful bedside manner, easily reviewed by x-rays and explained in detail all issues. Dr. Swartz gave me many options and explained the benefits of each! Excellent Doctor! Thanks much
Dr. Francesca Swartz is smart and intelligent, but she also has the great ability to make sure her patient (me) is at ease and with clear understanding of next steps in treatment. I truly appreciate she and her care team.
Dr Swartz makes you feel like you are her only patient. She gives you all the time you need to ask questions and just to talk
