My Appointment was 8:30 AM. I was called back at 8:25! Entire team courteous, friendly and LISTENED to me. Her PA is the best and one of the reasons I return. DR Fran makes sure I am aware of treatment plan and comfortable during treatment.
Compassionate, honest, quick. Most importantly Dr. F. Swartz fixed my problem-> up to date on latest intervention. Def would return back if other injuries occur. Thanks!!!

Dr Fran has done 3 surgeries for 2 knee and 1 shoulder replacement. I have NEVER had a Dr who was so all around efficient. Her definite bedside manner--that is so hard to find these days, and attention to details and your concerns is the best ---she is a great surgeon from start to finish.
Dr. Fran is always cheerful, knows her patients well, and is always prepared. She spends as much time as is needed with her patients, never rushing through the visit.

The best I’ve been too
Had total knee replacement. Pain horrible. She got paid. I was left w/o alternatives for pain control.Poor planning by doctor to aleviate pain relief. Lots of alternatives but doc didn't care or suggest.
