Today was a busy day at the office but she still made it fun. She simply does not beat around the bush, she talks straight telling you like it is and I appreciate that
I think Fran is great and her PA Stephanie is also awesome, this coming from an old guy. The problems here are the wait times for appointments and also when you get there, you are shuffled from place to place to wait. Then also they have to call for approvals for a shot, well I am coming in I am getting a shot why not have it approved. Check out with a backup appointment another issue, it's blocked out cause you need approval again and nobody with access to unblock, extremely poor set up here!!

Dr. Swartz is an awesome surgeon. I had a complete knee replacement and am 6 weeks post-op with pain or issues. Dr. Swartz explains everything in detail and always open to questions. I would recommend Dr. Swartz to anyone.
Check up for my 2 year total right knee replacement surgery. Also was an evaluation for left hip pain. She was compassionate and thorough in her explanation suggestions and solutions. She listened To my concerns and questions and responded in a professional, thorough, confident, competent and compassionate manner. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing her services
She is very kind, listens intently and goes out over and above to help her patients recover. She is awesome. Most pleasant of all my Doctors
