I find it hard to believe that someone can give this company less then 5 stars. I have ordered with Frame Destination multiple times and have been satisfied every time. I even spoke with their customer support to figure out sizing of a past order I placed and they were soooooooo friendly, patient and helpful. Excellent quality frames for great pricing.

This company is amazing! Not only are they quick but the quality is unmatched with any other company I've tried before. They are also loyal to their clients. I've been with them for a few years now and the most recent order I missed a coupon...they credited me for my next order :)

I needed some odd-sized frames and ordered from them for the first time. They called to clarify the order and shipped it quickly wrapped to protect everything. When I made a mistake on one measurement, they would have replaced it at no cost, but I chose to pay because it was my mistake. The frames and mats look great! I would order from them again.
The stretcher bar frames that I ordered were so perfect that I found it difficult to want to stretch my canvas over them, they were pretty enough to hang on the wall by themselves! What an Amazing job these people do! The mats and backing I ordered were also to Perfection! As for the customer service, it's over the top enjoyable! Just loved everyone we met there! Thought I would Frame Destination when I was having problems ordering sizes from DB. I am overly pleased with not only the product but also how they packed everything. I was also impressed that the Nielsen frames were already assembled. I don't show my pix but I can go into a framing mania and just like to cover the walls. Again, great job and I'll be ordering again.
