Our first experience with Frame Destination was a great one. They delivered exactly what we ordered, quickly and safely. The frame and the UV/non-glare acrylic is lovely. We messed up the measuring of the mat so it was too big for our artwork. My husband called and spoke to someone and, even though it was our fault in measuring, they helped us order the correct one and sent a replacement for free! Incredible customer service and a beautiful product.

I wanted to frame some original art created by my sister and was looking for a professionally framed look. I went online and found Frame Destination and was able to quickly and easily navigate the site to find the right sized matting and frames for my two pieces. I was even able to upload a photo to help make my selection easier. Shipping was fast, very well protected, and so easy to put together. I couldn't be happier with the way these frames have elevated my watercolors. I found my new framer!!

I ordered a frame matted for 24x16 print. It arrived faster than I expected and was packed incredibly well! My picture didn't fit the mat though by no fault of Frame Destination. I should have measured my prints exact dimensions. Contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful. They are currently shipping a new mat that will overlap the pic to the measurements I should have provided in the first place. I will always get my frames from Frame Destination going forward!
Just received my second frame order from Frame Destination and I am thrilled once again. The frame is beautiful and such great quality. It was packed up with care and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you!

Wonderful experience! I purchased a 60x30 frame with plexiglass. I am so pleased I chose this company! They were also the only company I could find that would ship such large plexiglass from Texas to NJ.
I received broken glass , even though it was packed very well. Frame Destination response was very fast. They had another order in process in minutes. Outstanding customer service !
