We had ordered custom frames for 4 old lithographs. The package never arrived (maybe stolen or some error) but Frame Destination was super fast to accommodate. I emailed them and they immediately had the frames remade and fast shipped, no questions asked. They arrived earlier than expected and the quality and packaging is beyond what I expected. I'll definitely be using them again.
They cut the windows precisely. Packaging was bombproof.
I’ve used Frame Destination twice now and both experiences were some of the best examples of customer service I’ve seen. I do large scale canvas framing and often need odd dimensions. Frame Destination not only called me fo verify a request and double check that my canvas size would work with the frame I’d ordered, but they also expedited my shipment and processing free of charge. They genuinely care about the customer and their work. They have quickly become my only framing source.
