the comps are getting worse all the time. used to get 20 to 30 dollars in slot comps for years. I still play as much or more and now they re sending me a whole $10 for the week.used to get comps fri t to sunday then Monday to thurs, now its only Saturdays cause you cant afford to pay $300 for a room on weekends.they stopped the sunday comps. used to get all hotel comps sunday to Thursdays, now they stopped comps at the grand pequote.time to start thinking about going elsewhere.
Always a great time , sometimes more than others $$$ but fun nonetheless. I will be back to visit my money soon.
We had a terrible experience at G-spa. Mold is everywhere. I do not understand how this spa is still aloud to provide service. Black mold is so dangerous. Steaming room is full of mold, all Jacuzzi area with black mold. We mentioned this issue to the customer service assistant, she said somebody will contact us, but we have never received any calls from management.....So poor poor service..... Staff was friendly, massage was good as well. But mold killed all our mood.

We have stayed at Foxwoods 3 times & had nothing but great experiences every time. Clean rooms, great service, nothing to complain about, have even left each time with more money we came with. We play Bingo each day & take advantage of the High Rollers two free games of bowling. Our last stay they didn’t have a smoking room like we had requested on our reservation a month and half before hand so we ended up in a beautiful suite in The Fox Towers, pool table, bar, full kitchen.. absolutely amazing!!
