I planned a spa day with my friends and I at the G spa at the casino and I can honestly say the staff members were great and attentive and the facility was great. The only complaint I have is about the supervisor at the spa, she was a very condescending person. We received unjust and down right insulting comments from her.
Worst experience of my life. Felt like I took the red pill in the Matrix and I’m on the outside looking in. Currently waiting for agents to show up.

Do not stay at Foxwood Hotels, there has been a out break of Lice and bed bugs at Foxwoods Resort Hotels :( My wife and her best friend stayed there for a couple of days, and on the last night they stayed there this month, they were infected with bed bugs :( This is a hell of thing to happen to them :( They have going there for over 20 years, spending their money, and this happens:( Sad thing is that they captured a bed bug and turned it in to management... read more
I went here like always. my card didnt work only in 1 machine.the most i see people win was 1000..in 2 days the i was there,i go 1 or 2 time a year but i play a lot..i have to walk all over the place looking for my favorite 25 cent machine...no good..no money and no money in my card.
Great, great time. Only thing I'd say is I wouldn't go back to the buffet.
No loyalty to people who constantly go and spend huge amounts of money, comps are horrible and when you ask for extra for a special occasion you are told they can’t justify it because you always win. Yes piddly amounts which take twice that in money to get. I love this place great staff great service great everything
I went to the Atrium for karaoke this past Sunday and had a great time. The karaoke Djs were so nice and polite. Many of the bartenders and patrons alike were very nice, except the one woman, She worked at the bar, she was terribly rude. They should place her somewhere else. She does not do too good with the public at all. A couple of people complained about her.
Very comfortable experience helpful staff. I always enjoy going to your casino.
