It is so clean. We attended a concert at the Grand Theatre and the ushers and attendants were so nice and helpful. I would attend an event there again and plan on visiting again to take all the sights in and shop all the shops as well as enjoy the wide variety of cuisine.
Have not been in a year. Very disappointed in the dealers. Uniforms not crisp and appealing. Very dirty looking. Additionally my dealer barely spoke or understood English. However the Human Nature show was phenomenal!!
Foxwoods sucks there host suck they have gone down hill in promotions i can't wait for mgm to open an watch foxwoods take a big loss! They treat loyal customers like shit.
I like to visit on occasion, but as a non-smoker the smell all throughout the casino makes it somewhat of a turnoff. Even the rainmaker casino (which is non smoking) has a smell to it. It would be great if there was a non smoking casino in a separate building with separate ventilation.
Not happy with the fact you reserve a gift drive an hr and 15mins to get it to only get a raincheck and nothing for the inconvenience. Not a good way to treat your patrons.
Stayed at fox tower last time. Room was ok. Very loud with night club downstairs. Disappointed at the holes in furniture. Not their fault,people do these things but it was crazy. Room was clean and well kept othwrwide, and staff was awesome. This past time, stayed at great cedar. Great staff as always. Cleaner , better kept, nicer decor.

I finally went on the bus I usually go in a car but I had a good time, meeting new people laughing and enjoying the surroundings, I will go on the bus again But will definitely drive up also. Fun time ladies. 😁😉
