Place was nice getaway with my family that was great problem was I paid my two nite room with a gift card until I noticed I had a charge put on my card from main desk that should not have been charged to my account !!! 3 desk managers later me sitting on the phone 30 min each time on my cell phones with my bank meanwhile it's there hotel making a lot of money in casino !! and it was not taken care of terrible !! Went to see URO @ Foxwoods last night. Show was awesome!!! Best show I ever attended this year. Hope they have good acts this year. I'll definitely come back!!
Amazing resort. Clean rooms, nice people, tons of casinos, shopping’s, eateries, indoor pool. I don’t like to gamble, but Foxwoods offers so much more I was never bored while my husband played the machines. The bed sheets were starched and we needed an extra blanket, only “issue” we had!��
Disappointed with the rooms, which were very dated. Staff at hotel was 'ok'. Expected better service for the price of the room. Valet service was AWFUL. Took 20 minutes to get my car and noticed when I got home dents in my truck lid.
i think that they are stealing from us when you cash out a slot machine you go to the cash out machine i have 5.25 you only get back 5.00 they stole 25 cents from me how many times do they do THAT A DAY big money those machines are made to give change they just stopped doing it not losing enough money on slots already how much money do they make a day doing this
Stayed only 1 night in the Pequot Tower but it was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable . Great time . Would highly recommend. We will be back in the summer :)
Nothing like checking into a dirty room. Food and crumbs all over the countertops. Room had a strong odor of smoke. Customer service is terrible.
