We love Foxwoods. We stay there a lot (more than I'll admit) After reading the last posts about Fox Towers I would have to agree, unfortunately. We have never had a good experience at the Towers. We have stayed at all of the hotels many times and after our last Fox Tower experience we have decided that if we can not get a room at the Grand Pequot ( We LOVE it there) than we just will not go. I wish they would upgrade there staff and rooms at all there resorts.
Was not impressed, line for cards was out door, 3 out of the 5 machines in row were out of service. On both sides.

Machines don’t pay. So smoky I was wheezing all night long in our room. I can’t believe how bad the ventilation is there.
Ok, so, food buffet is the issue. I get it it’s the included thing on the bus tour. However, do we need to watch people cut line, fight about it and act all ghetto? Seriously all the safe feeling left the building. I literally was witness 3 fights people eating in the lines and just plane old rude ass ignorance to others. Too much smoke for me. Couldn’t find any table areas that were smoke free.
The machines were dirty with cigarette butts and ashes. I definitely think it’s overrated. Very hard to get a drink. Very hard to find the places you needed to be.
It took foreveeeeer to get a new rewards card ! They should have more kiosks available. It was bull shit
I’ve been here plenty and every time the food is a train wreck. Went to a show last night. Are dinner at the Cedar Steak place in the middle. About 5:00.. I’ve been sick since about 10:00.. Nearly 24 hours.
