Had been going to foxwoods for 13 years. I love it. Had stayed in their rooms and they are cleaned and staff have a great customer service. Love the promotions I get each month, i just wish i could get tickets for Spanish concerts �����
First time there. Valet was friendly, the casino experience was fun for me. The food options, gaming options, and wow the exercise. Overall a good day at a new place.
We have spent a few nights over the years and are extremely happy with our stays. So much to do around and so much fun! We will be back! �
Wasted 2 days driving to Foxwoods for a Katt Williams event. Stood in line for 30 minutes up to 15 minutes before showtime to be told once again, the show is cancelled. As I understand the business there is confirmation of performance to include sound and stage rehearsal. In my opinion, they knew well in advanced, but found this as opportunity to make some additional money. I am one of many and know change is irrelevant, but this place will not get my money anymore.
My daughters planned a bday lunch for me and we had a great time/food at the Sugar Factory. The casino however leaves a lot to be desired. First off, no one spoke enough English for us to understand and we couldn't actually get the proper instructions to the non smoking casino. We weren't in the mood to walk aimlessly around. The smell of smoke was overpowering and it felt like the vents certainly weren't working well enough to clear the air. I'm now home and feel awful.
Doing the Kat show was hilarious
Clean, new, nice service. Great restaurants. The outlets are worth the trip.
Had a good time but my food was Gross from the Hard Rock Cafe
Great place to go to with activities for entire family, lots of restaurants to choose from and connected outlets. No need to go out to go shopping. Have to try their new zip line next time I come. No time this weekend.
