I don't usually write bad reviews but I went to buy concert tickets there today and this old hag that works at the ticket window messed up all the tickets and now I have to go back and get the correct ones which means more time out of work. This chick is not happy! This old lady works near the keno desk on casino level! Stay away from the old lady unless you want all the wrong stuff
Attended the Aaron Lewis concert on the 16th. The show was the best concert I have ever been to. The staff was attentive to people’s needs. All around just an excellent experience

Did a lot of walking and didnt win any money and the attendees was never around and to much smoke. Now the concert was as excellent....
