This place is amazing !
Very accommodating staff. Issues with credit card. Staff worked with us to correct issue. NOT their problem but served a great deal of patience with the problem. After all was said and done upgraded our room! For OUR troubles. Class act!!
Bought tickets to a John Mulaney show. Show was rescheduled without much warning. Tried for months to get a refund; staff answering phones could not determine how to go about processing the refund and said I needed to speak to the manager. However, manager was never on when I called - even when I confirmed hours with the phone staff. I finally emailed the manager. No response after two months of waiting. Extremely poor customer service. I was robbed of nearly $150 - and didn't even get the enjoyment of gambling!
Stayed at the Two Trees Inn it was great. Comfy and food was delicious
Just got home from an overnight at Grand Pequot in Foxwoods. Dinner at Cedars. Great time!!
The physical hotel can use an upgrade. The check in desk staff was HORRIBLE, and unresponsive to our request(s). On the other hand, the staff in the poker room is excellent. The workers at the Hard Rock Cafe restaurant are awesome. Special shoutout to Corey.
Loved it first time there an I was just blown away. It’s huge but not packed like sardines because there is just so much to see and do. Will highly recommend to everyone.
