I am completely disappointed in the service I received today trying to plan my birthday. I will be staying in the fox tower and wanted to book one of the packages at the luxury lanes for my friends and I. I called today stating I never received an email for the credit card authorization form, which followed by a ton of attitude and annoyance and practically hung up on. Ok you have many things opening it says in summer 2018 like race track, brewery and the golfing. I called and no one has information on a date. When do these things open ? Summer is here
For $25/hand I would expect the dealers to be wearing a shirt & tie like other casinos I’ve visited... not a t-shirt with -Foxwoods- screen printed on it. Class it up a little bit.
Me and my sister went along with our nephew and his girlfriend we had an awesome time.
Huge and expensive!!
