Wow. What great service from Fox. I needed someone and the Houston Flood groups recommended Fox 20-1. I can add to that experience. Ricardo who was our inspector took all the time we needed showing us the little things that will make us feel more comfortable in our home. Plus suggestions for bigger fixes. Then the follow through by Fox in letting us know what they offer us after the inspection. The best.
The team at Fox Inspections has been a great help during the construction of our new house. We had them come out and inspect pre-drywall, they found a few things the builder had not caught. Bigger issues came up at final inspection, I was so thankful we had hired Fox for ourselves and caught potential roof leaks, a/c issues and a vent hood not sealed. HIGHLY recommend!

I had Grant Miller as my inspector both times (in advance of buying my home and at one year in advance of my 1 year warranty expiring and he honestly went above and beyond to explain what needed to be attended to - and what I - a first time buyer should be doing that many are not always aware of, until too late. I cannot recommend Fox and Grant enough!
