This place shuts heat and water off whenever they feel like it. My neighbor used her oven to heat her apt every day in may. All my neighbors just took it and said nothing. They do nothing about noise and havent properly brought my bathroom up to code in ten years. ..... so i smell others cigarettes and shit. I hear every conversation my neighbors below have. Don’t live here they have rats bugs and asbestos in the walls and ceiling dumpsters always over flowing this was my next door neighbors apartment after their roof collapsed. Update!!!!!!! Cabinets not up to date Floor creeks with every step Wallls and floors are then Dumpsters are too far from sections of the complex Heat therm not up to date All appliance are out dated but works Fridge is new Clean and spacious for a one bedroom Countertop and floors are warped Almost everything is crooked Bathroom very nice and bright A/c unite Storage is A1

Applying for apartments can be a stressful and tiring process. However, the staff at Fox Pointe made it simple and straightforward. They were honest and transparent, unlike my experience with Pebble Creek in Southfield, where I felt misled.
