My daughter stays at fox pointe and been asking for help with her leaky ceiling in the bathroom and in kitchen, they came and patched it but it’s still spreading , water is going into my ceiling light in the kitchen and you can see the terrible patching, she has a 3 year old son and scared that her ceiling will cave in with him being around . The patching is so bad , you can see it
