Fox Inspections are an excellent group of people to work with! We were completely satisfied with the inspection report which was very detailed. They did an excellent job of figuring out minute details that could have easily been looked over. They were completely spot on with their start time. Also, they called us 30 minutes prior to completion of the inspection. We had an inspection completed on a home we were interested in buying about a week ago. Being built in 1970 and not having many upgrades beyond cosmetics (the current owner who did the cosmetic upgrades shared their inspection with us), we knew there would be a fair amount of work required to get the house to a point where we weren't having to worry about leaks, wood rot, or other issues common with older homes in Houston. Inspection by Riccardo Bianchi from Fox Residential Services on Tuesday March 22 was more thorough than others we have had recently and very informative. I was able to follow and ask many questions. Riccardo even offered me coveralls to accompany him crawling under the house to inspect every corner of the pier & beam foundation. Checking for water leaks from tub and shower pans and areas of poor insulation using infrared imaging was new to me. Even that I wasn't obliged to hired the inspection service, I am very satisfied with the inspection done by Al Nieto, he was very clear and professional with the points in the house that needed to be fix or corrected, For inexperienced and first time buyers I strongly recommend to use the FOX Inspection service.

Jared was my inspector and he was the consummate professional. He checked everything thoroughly, but more importantly he explained and showed me photos of the important information. I highly recommend Fox. Five stars for timeliness, professionalism, communication and concern.
