This is by far the best dealership I've dealt with. That includes a Dodge dealer that I bought a truck 35years ago, and 2 other Chevy dealers that I bought several vehicles that their service sucked besides all their lies. Sharon Chevy has the BEST service dept. & sales after buying 3 new cars there is GREAT!
Trustworthy and does a good job servicing the Legacy. Customer focused and friendly. Needs a little work with initial service registration. I pulled up to the garage entrance and had to navigate with several cars parked, unattended. Finally parked my car and walked into the service desk for assistance. Needs some process improvement.
I just purchased the car of my dreams, and got the deal of the century! All the people I encountered at at Fox Honda were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and inviting. It was a great experience with a great group of guys, I have no second thoughts and no regrets, like I have had in the past with other dealerships. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Glen Fletcher at Fox Toyota. 2 brand new and one pre-owned. Each time we were welcomed and treated with respect and courtesy. My children adore Glen and even ask to stop and visit him when we drive through Auburn. Thank you for treating us like part of the family! We will never go anyplace else to purchase a vehicle.
When I began to look for a new Toyota, a friend told me it was worth the drive (I live in Canandaigua). I was extremely happy with the salesperson. They were all very helpful with finding financing for me. I have already recommended Fox to friends.
After dealing with 2 other Subaru dealerships in Syracuse, this was my last hope to find a place that did something right! Thank you to Matt and Jamie for taking great care of me, and getting me into exactly what I wanted, with a great deal on my trade!! I will definitely be back in the future!!!!
Worst dealership ever. My husband purchased two trucks and a car with service plans between May 2016 through July 2016. My son totaled his truck after 3 weeks on June 10. We were suppose to get a refund. I have called, emailed and even wrote a letter to Jane Fox. I finally get a call back today only to learn that they never filed for the refund.
