Second time in two months Fox has impressed me. Ready? My mechanic friend had been getting my business. Last two times I needed major service Fox beat the pants off his estimate. They got me in IMMEDIATELY plus I like that they use OEM Subaru parts. You can bet my mechanic was using the least expensive discount parts. A big thanks to George, Todd & staff. Made this customer's day for sure!!!!!
I just purchased a Toyota 4 Runner at Fox Toyota. I had a very good experience. The staff were all extremely friendly. Glenn Fletcher was the salesman I worked with and I would highly recommend him. I really liked his style. No high pressure sales tactics.
Worst service ever... we waiting for ever to sign papers after they said it would be in and out since my husband left work they didn't have the part fix that was supposed to be by pick up even thought they had 5 days to do so our registration was late they forgot to have my husband sign papers for the truck and the check engine light came on 47 days after we bought it and even though we bought the warranty which they said was a great plan they want us to pay to fix the problem!! I bought a Toyota Camry in late February from Fox Toyota (it's my 4th Camry from Fox). My sales person was Colleen Mettler. my experience was so very good. Everyone there treated me like "an old friend". The financing was easy and the Service Dept. is the best there is!!
