My husband had his truck in there for service paid for it came out someone hit front and side of his truck and had it pushed into snow bank got a troopers report and had pic from before and after told service who was rude and my husband talked to beth Jane's wife got a phone call from Kim today they won't be fixing it then you wonder why people go out of town to buy a car they have no camera so they say but really customer service sucks so we will see them in court don't waste your time or money
Jeep I bought is good, but customer service and sales people aren't, in particular Justin a sales manager. Avoid the dealership and have a better experience somewhere else.
I had a real great experience walked in on Saturday and Drive home with our car on Monday saleman was great overall experience was Devine 😁
While I've been pleased with the used VW Jetta I bought here, I was sorely disappointed with the experience at the dealership. They played the typical car dealership song and dance around my trade in value, which nearly caused me to leave. Beyond that, they did not disclose to me until *after* we had signed all of the purchase agreement that they only had one key fob for the vehicle. Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Toyota Corolla from Fox in June and had to return tonight to discuss a brake/rotor issue that causes the car to shudder on braking. I am DEEPLY disappointed to say the least - I have put all of 1,800 miles on this car. Will keep you posted on outcome on repairs - I have no intention whatsoever of paying for repairs so hopefully Fox will make this wrong into a right.
My husband and I made our first purchase from Fox Toyota last week. I had browsed the website first and we planned on "just looking". We walked out with not one, but 2 vehichles. He, a 2017 4RUNNER and myself, the new 2018 C-HR. We weren't rushed or pushed. Our salesman, Sean Battle, took his time in explaining the different features in both our vehicles. We obviously had a great experience and were beyond pleased. Thank you Sean and Fox Toyota!
