Absolutely will never buy another vehicle from FOX after today. After their 4th attempt at fixing the same problem on my Chrysler 200, today I was picked up by their shuttle vehicle to go retrieve my supposedly finished car, backing out on to the road the driver backed in to another car. Not only does the service department not seem to be very apologetic that they keep returning my car without fixing the problem but the driver couldn’t even be bothered to ask if me, his passenger/customer was alright. This is what I wish every automobile purchase would be like. If you've done your research ahead of time and know what you want, this experience can be one of the best. Every person I dealt with starting with Taylor on the internet, to being greeted by Julia who quickly got me to Ian, to Ryan in finance-were all A-one.
