We bought our 2019 Jeep Cherokee sight unseen (internet shopped and it was still being delivered to Fox). Its beautiful, we got a good deal with our trade and are extremely happy with it. We even got a 50$ gift card for taking "our test drive". The team was very nice and everything was reasy as promised.
I didnt expect to walk out today knowing i would be picking up my truck my intention was just to look but after Stephen jumped through hoops for me making sure he could do all he can to make it affordable for me. I can't imagine another dealership treating me any better than Fox did. They went above & beyond to make me happy that I chose Fox to deal with. Everyone that I had contact with did all they could help in a pleasant manner. My sales person was Paul. I imagine they are all trained that way. I would mention others but I am 86 years old. You know what happens at that age.
Went to Chevrolet dealership in Phoenix and had a great experience. Sales associate was able to answer all my questions and actually made the chore of purchasing a new vehicle simple.
My sales associate was absolutely great in helping me get into a Ram truck. I challenged him with a near impossible task in getting my family a truck at an affordable lease rate and a 3.6 liter that can tow more than 5500lbs. He tracked one down even the color I preferred. This was absolutely the less stressed I have ever been in doing any type of vehicle exchange! I absolutely endorse Fox Dodge Chrystler Jeep.
