Issues with a recall, repair Will not be a return customer
While having a routine oil change done at Fox Chevrolet in Caledonia, a mechanic drove my car to test the brakes (at my request). I was advised that a valve core in the valve stem of one tire had broken. Identifying this problem, saved me from having a flat tire at an inopportune time. Finally, while waiting for the work to be done, a salesman walked me through the parking lot showing me the new Traverse colors. Great experience!
Fox Chevy in Caledonia provided me with excellent service. Lounge is very comfortable, but my wait was minimal. Great crew!
FOX GMC provides very good service, starting to think out of 'the box' regarding cost control for the customer. Unlike GMC, they actually seem to care. GMC does not care about customer loyalty and expense as I have experienced first hand. I have spoken directly with GMC top executives working as customer service representatives and am convinced they do not care about me as a customer now and in the future. It is very sad indeed.
