Never in my life have I come across an auto mechanic that I trust as much as I trust Jim Fox. He goes above and beyond. He is honest in everything he says and does and makes his customers feel truly valued. He knows what he's talking about and is determined to keep my car on the road. You here people say take your car here they're really good, we'll Fox's is the real deal! This was my 1st time using them after someone recommended them and Fox's literally made me feel like family! Jim went out of his way to look at my car after his shop had closed once the tow truck got it there. Sadly it was bad news for my car, but he and his wife have been so kind during this ordeal! I recommend Fox automotive to anyone! Jim was very professional and helpful. Looked my vehicle over very well fixed my issues for a very reasonable price. He was the only shop that could get me in! They even gave me a ride home while my car was being worked on. I would give it a 10 star review if I could. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!
