Awesome experience. Not many shops are open on Saturday. Jim went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired even staying late with me watching (learning). Will be bringing my 2 vehicle to him when I need anything.
Excellent service, needed an inspection sticker and was able to fit me in that day and it was fast. Waiting area was very accommodating. Will definitely be choosing this place again if anything goes wrong with our vehicles
After several attempts of trying to call our regular mechanic and no answer every time, I was able to get my Jeep in at Fox, and before he did any work on it, he called and told us what needed to be done, and if we were ok with it. Jeep runs good, and also got it inspected appproved. Thank-you
First off I am going to say this is the best experience I have ever had with a automotive repair shop. This is why, Jim from Fox automotive is very flexible. They are able to give you a great quote and work with you on when you can get your vehicle there! Jim was willing to stay a few minutes after Fox’s closing time so that I could get off work to pick up my truck!
