Jim was awesome. After breaking down on Route 7 and having my car towed to Fox’s, I thought my car was shot or at least had a major issue. Jim found the problem which was caused by a moth and fixed it and got my car on the road again. He could have easily taken advantage of me but was very honest and trustworthy. He also noticed other the issues with my car and gave his advice on which ones to fix and which ones weren’t worth the money based on the age and mileage of my car. Temps reach 88 on Sunday 5/19 & a/c goes out in my only vehicle. I don’t like heat/hot & thyroid condition makes it unbearable. Called Fox’s Automotive Monday AM, had never used them, but, heard/seen many great recommendations from the surrounding community. Parts had to be ordered & wouldn’t arrive until Tuesday. Car was repaired & picked up Tuesday afternoon. Air is ICE COLD & I love it. Thank you so much Fox’s Automotive, you are now my go to shop.

Jim provides top notch service. His work is a cut above the rest, his prices are more than fair and he puts pride into his work and this shows through his customer care. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to work on my car.
My daughter took her vehicle to Fox. She suggested that I take mine. I was so please with the work that was completed on my Jeep and the customer service.
