Honest about what you really need or dont need and very flexible with your time
We've taken several vechiles there to be worked on. Great job on repairing them and in a great at getting them done fast. Highly recommend this place
Amazing shop! My husband and I have had a run of bad luck when having to deal with the dealership we purchased our vehicle from. They have given us the run around so many times in the past, spending so much money every time and we were dreading going back to them. When we heard about Fox we said why not and it turned out being the best decision we made! Thank you so much for helping us out today and you definitely earned our family's business in the future! :)
Had problems with 2 98 model Chevy cavaliers called in and talked to tim he was extremely helpful and helped me figure out the problem with both cars it was great customer service
Mr. Fox went out of his way to help us. Coming to our house after finishing his busy day to get our vehicle running. Late at night, in the dark. He truly went above and beyond my expectations. As far as we are concerned he earned customers for life tonight .
Great shop! First time I went there was for a state inspection. I had gone to the dealership for a state inspection because I have a lifetime free state inspection. Well they told me there was some things wrong with it and it would cost about 1200 to fix. After calling around a few times, I ended up taking to Fox, and he said the same things were wrong that the dealership did, but he was only going to charge me a little over 600! Ever since then this is where I've gone when I need work done.
Very pleased with the service, friendliness, and honesty., highly recommend Fox Automotive!!!!
Fox Automotive is awesome! I would recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic. Jim really took care in fixing our truck trying to keep pricing down as much as possible. We appreciate all his hard work.
