I was extremely satisfied with Fox Automotive. It's hard to find a mechanic in the area that is straight forward and genuine. After receiving an outrageous quote at another shop I took my car to Jim and he placed the car on the lift and showed me where the issue was and what it would take to repair. The price was fair and the customer service was fantastic. Fox Automotive has a customer for life.
Just wanted to thank Mr. Fox, for doing a great job on my van, an Mrs. Fox for the pleasant conversation, although it wasn't the easiest or quickest of jobs it was done right my car has more power an that annoying knocking vibrating noise that was going on is gone, an I called so many place before them their prices are by far the cheapest around, an they have just this good vibe about them, they are the type of people you can talk to an trust with your rides. Outstanding Auto Repair Shop. Worked on my 2004 Saab ARC Convertible. Very professional, explain in detail what was needed and what it would cost. I had taken to another Saab Shop and then were really expensive. All in all he saved me around $500. I would recommend him to everyone.
Honest. Excellent prices. Great hours. The 5 stars say it all!!! We purchased an older car and asked Jim to check it out. He fixed a few minor issues it had, quoted a great price, and let me know what kind of service I would need down the road. No more getting blindsided when I just go in for an oil change or car inspection. And he works on every brand of car out there!! Thanks, Jim.

Few, if any, shops let you book an inspection appointment for ANY time of the day. Fox Automotive puts their customers first. Definitely will return!

We moved from Ohio four years ago leaving our trusted mechanic that we built a relationship over a 15 year period with. After some time living here we finally found ourselves a knowledgeable, fair, hardworking mechanic. He will never sell you any parts or services that you don't need. In my opinion Jim and his wife, Molina, have a very good family oriented business that you should look into or just call them up to get a quote on your next project.
What a great shop! I had to get new brakes and a few other things and after getting an estimation from a shop in MD my jaw dropped. Took my car to west Virginia (only about an hour and some change from md) and it was beyond worth it! The price was ideal and the car was finished in a few hours. Drove like a brand new car.
