Eyra Mercado and Foursquare property management have been extremely helpful in my move and starting to rent a property. I highly recommend them and have been completely satisfied.
Avoid them if you can! If you’re considering using Fouresquare as a landlord go the other way! Hidden fees and up charges seem to be their business model. Zero contact and they will not help.
Eyra was on it! Renting can be stressful but Foursquare, especially Eyra made the process swift and painless.
So far I'm enjoying my experience. I haven't moved in yet but the level of customer service that i received from Eyra was amazing, i hope it stays that way.
