I am a landlord and Foursquare has been very helpful abd up to date with any issues with my rental property, they have been great with assisting with finding vendors for repairs, and made the turn around for a new tenant quick and seamless. It has prevented headaches from having to address tenant issues while working full time.
Absolutely great customer service & quick maintenance repairs! All around wonderful neighborhood & community to raise your children & pet children in! We would recommend them to everyone!
They started really good at first before we pay anything. After that cannot contact anybody at all. The auto reminders make me about to going crazy by keep sending me to do the utilities set up which is finished long time ago like 3-4 times after confirming with them. They also said the set up email is coming the certain date before midnight but never came. We plan everything and get ruined by lies and not do what they have been told us. Like if you can't make it don't say it.

I have never received so many complaints from a HOA as I did with this property. The company has managed it since it was new, about 6 years and they never took updated photos. The yard was run down and I was taken to court by one tenant over the yard condition. Ahmad does not return calls and is impossible to locate.The manager did not know that it was not advertized when it was vacant.
