She made me feel comfortable and was great at explaining things to me and also helped put my mind at ease with upcoming dental work I have answering any questions I asked. The dental work and dental team was great! The receptionists or billing team was not! I paid my co-pay and my insurance covered their part and the billing team told me that I did not owe anything else. I later received a bill and I called about it and they stated that I did not owe that, and that there was an error on their system. I went to my next appointment for cleaning and afterwards I mention that and they said that I did not owe anything else.
