Just moved my entire family from the Monett office. Dr. Ojula pulled my son's teeth without waiting for the numbing shot to take effect and he screamed the entire time. I complained and was told they would put a flag on his file so we wouldn't get her and we still got her the next two times. The final straw was when he supposedly needed a filling and when making the appointment I specifically requested someone else and was assured he would not have her. We show up and in she walks. An event that I have put off for to long was a great experience. They treat you so well, and I really like Dr. Kunkle and his staff. Looking forward to the rest of my procedures. I highly recommend Four States Dental in Neosho. ....
So patient and kind, I get nervous just walking in the door but they make me feel at ease and are so nice, always stopping in the middle of treatment and asking how I'm doing and checking on me, and the girls up front are so nice, funny and always there to answer any questions! Great place to get you'r dental treatment done!
