My experience while I was in the office was good. Everyone was friendly, and blah blah blah. It was the fact that I recieved a bill (my appointment was paid for at time of service) for a "no show" appointment for the amount of $50 I had set months ago. I understand running a business, and yes I got messages from them and sure I couldve called back. But, I honestly just kept forgetting to call them back to reachedule or cancel. RecommendedFinally, A dentist Dr. Kunkel who knows their s*** and takes time to ensure accuracy. Thank you. Excuse the curse word (have searched high and low for one!) Hardly any pain and teeth look great, after two major root canals. I would highly recommend over any other dentistry practice. Thank you, thank you and thank you again!
My wife went in for a cleaning and exam. 1 1/2 hours later she was done. Here's what she told me. FIrst while taking xrays no lead shield blanket was offered. When she asked about why one was in the room but wasn't used the nurse said "oh, you dont need that you are getting the same radiation from sunshine". The nurse kept leaving the room for 5-10 minutes several times hence the lengthy visit. Then a substitute doctor came in and told her she needed a filling and two crowns. I went in to get 6 teeth removed. They charged for six and only attempted to pull 5. Upon examination at least 3 have teeth still in them. They want me to return to monett and have them fixed. I'm not stupid.i will not return. If a dentist cannot complete a simple extraction then I will find another who can. I am 61 years old this is the first review I have ever written. BTW. I paid my bill when I left and around one month later I received another bill in the mail for 97.00. I asked up front what my bill was. Right...
