i was in there the other day and i had a young lady name stephaine Snodgrass helping she is a awesome dental asst i would recommend her to anyone thank you so much
Could not believe how rude I was treated when I went to talk to the lady that does the Insurance. We were billed for something that should of been covered. When I was trying to explain what was going on so we could figure it out. she would repeatedly say do not raise your voice at me when I was just trying to explain. Then she would repeatedly tell me she has no problem sending my x-rays to a different dentist. When it was all her fault this was happening. LOVE this place in Monett and the people who work there!
If you like the circus, this is the place. Called Dr kunkel and he has NOT returned my call. Just a cattle call where it's all about the money and VERY poor work is done. A joke at best. Stay away from this joke of a dentist.
