love dr herman most of time staff friendly occaisionly not friendly rude and act too busy
Dr. Herman is truly interested the successful outcome of my child
Had to wait for about an hour before I was seen. I had an appointment for 4 p.m. and didn't get seen til 5:10 p.m.

During our first visit the staff was friendly and courteous. Thereafter, it hasn’t been so.
A part of the braces called a button fell off before I got my daughter home. She did not understand how to use the rubber bands. Once she took them out to eat she couldn't get them back in the way the tech put them in. Might be because the button fell off or maybe because she didn't show how to put them in only shown where to put them. Maybe next time the tech can have her try to put them in in front of her so she can tell if my daughter is doing it right.
Your services/treatment went over a whole year. Im not satisfied with your service. I will most likely not recommend to anyone.
