We absolutely love everything about this office! They are the nicest, most professional people. Wonderful with kids and their nervous parents.
The staff if always very friendly. I love the atmosphere when I take my son. We usually don't have to wait very long with our appointments.
My girls felt like this was the place to get their braces. We visited several places in the area where they felt pressured. With in five minutes my youngest looked at me and said this is where ai want to get my braces! The front office staff is very welcoming and friendly the make us feel at home! Dr. Herman is amazing and goes into in depth explanations as to what his goals are and how he will accomplish this. He doesn't just take five minutes, but as much time as you need to understand things!
Never before have I seen an office run so smooth, it's a MACHINE!! All of the staff are well-trained and helpful. All front office and back office staff are professional and friendly at the same time. Doctor Herman is so good at creating beautiful smiles and he has an amazing team at his side . Best Orthodontic care in the four corners area!!!
I have had two of my children acquire braces in the past. I can vouch for the good return, but this last visit was disheartened. Out files were somehow lost and we were there over several hours, WAITING... otherwise the prior services were exceptional.
Dr. Herman's and his staff always do a good job. The ortho techs always listen when I need something adjusted and try to do their best to make me comfortable. Even though I'm done with my treatment, they helped me with my permanent retainer and my visit was very quick I was called right away.
Overall services received very good.

I njoy the homey atmosphere that I receive when i walk into your office. The workers make you feel comfortable and are very polite. I also like that as soon as I signed in to be seen, I didn't have to wait more than five minutes to be taken to the back.
