They told me my insurance would cover a flu shot and that I wouldn't pay a penny. I received a flu shot ($25 market value) and was given a $480 bill. A direct violation of Colorado Deceptive Trade Practice laws. This is a criminal enterprise, do not fall into their trap!
I needed FMLA paperwork filled out. So I scheduled an appointment, which had to be a virtual appointment due to Covid. The paperwork with the dr was filled out and there were no problems.
