Absolutely HORRIBLE The Broadmoor location staff and doctors could care less about their patients! Whats more, they are rude as hell!Dont go!!!!!!!!If I could give negative stars I certainly would!
The worst medical disision I ever made.Was choosing Centura Healthcare. Do not make the same mistake I did. Pick a different plan . You will he billed a lot higher dollar amount than quoted. And once you pay a bill you get another. They stack the invoices in their system and when you pay one thinking you are now got up they generate another, so there is no end. Do not choose CENTURA HEALTHCARE

A very bad customer/******************** service. The billing service has been the worst, they told me that they had no information about my primary insurance, but it was given at the time of my emergency date: October 24th. I have tried to call them many times, they did not respond. If I have another emergency, I will refuse for the tech support to take me to St ******* hospital. I have been very upset, treated unjustly. Thank you. M.
Be Careful with Centura Health hospitals. Even though they contract a certain rate with insurers such as United Healthcare, they will allow Physicians to attend to patients, who are not in network. The out of network Physicians will bill far more than the contracted rate. If you don't pay the exorbitant rate they will send you to a collection agency. This is a SCAM!
I few months ago my wife took me to the Centura Emergency room because of upper back pain. This Centura emergency room is located at Dacona ********. I believe the doctor's name was **************. Dr. **** did a cat scan and said nothing was wrong and sent me home. A few days later I went to another doctor and the first thing he said was that he looked at the cat scan from Dr. **** and I have coronary artery blockage. If I could give this place one star I would. Please whatever you do, do not go to this practice. We originally chose this location because it was close to our home. We made an appointment for our newborn at this location, when we get the office we get check in and a nurse takes us back to the room no problems up until this point. Once the Doctor comes in is where everything falls apart. Z**O STARS!I have had several strokes, am a fall risk, and NEED a person to help me when out of my home at ALL times. I went into the ** at ******************************* and was denied care because I needed assistance in the waiting room. I went to Aurora Medical where they had no problem with my assistant waiting with me. This was discrimination of a terrible kind and when I left the receptionist made sure to say "byyyeeeeeee" in a very snarky way, even though I was polite. First off, I've been with Centura Health since my son was born and had worked with his pediatrician for 8 years. A simple billing error is what is driving us away from his doctor of 8 years and the Centura health network. What prompted us to write this is because they sent us to collection without a formal billing or a letter that we owe X amount from what was corrected.
