On August 18, 2022, I made an appointment with a nurse to schedule my depo shot. When I got to the scheduled appointment, I waited over 30 minutes to get called back, when I was initially told it was a 20 minute nurse appointment. The receptionist asked me to upload my ID into the portal, but I didnt know exactly how, so upon asking for help, they said they didnt know how either, so unfortunately it never got done! Received paperwork from the VA recommending this company. I called the phone number that was provided to me, and I was told that they had not received the paperwork from the VA. I received a phone call on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, asking me to return their phone call to schedule an appointment. I called back on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, and I was told that they did not have any paperwork from VA and that no one from the office had called. They are trying to charge me again for my annual physical that I went to in January 2021! I scheduled an annual (and confirmed that was the one covered my insurance when making the appt) and when I went in, I said I'm here for my covered annual exam. They asked me to write down any concerns/questions and I spent a total of maybe 5 minutes with the actual doctor who didn't seem interested in listening or getting to know me well and then left. This "business" is absolute garbage.I paid off my loan--I have the reply admitting as much. But, instead of doing it correctly, they double-billed me. Then, when I called to get that resolved. They told me it would be a month before the refund would be resolved. So, I got my bank involved.Then Centura dropped the ball and sent two refunds, but didn't correct my account AND CONTINUED BILLING ME FOR TWICE THE AMOUNT THEY DOUBLE-BILLED ME. This is a horrible company to work for. So many red flags. A highly excessively terrible place to work. I watched them s**** so many employees. Huge turn over of doctors,PAs, nurses and physical therapist. Make sure that you get everything in writing if you contract with these terrible people. I assure you that you will end ** in court if you work for these people for longer than 1 year. I see it over and over again

Been to 2 different Centura hospitals in the past 2 weeks and wouldnt recommend either one.

The were in cohorts with the police to bring me to the hospital, have me booked against my will, injected with an IV against my will. (They said it was only saline but when I said if there were any drugs in it i'd be f****** ****** they all got startled pretty bad). Just to have me sit there for 3 hours, and have them charge me $14,000 to interview a psychologist so I could get discharged the same day.

Company Overcharges and sends separate bills to confuse you. Hospital charge 933 to walk in the door and then 1600 for the service which 900 was for me to fill out a form. almost 3000.00 for one stitch in my hand. This company is a scam.....put a note in your wallet that if you ever got in an accident don't take you to these scam artists!.
