BED BUGS!!!!! What started out great, turned quickly to a ruined weekend. Management denies there is a problem, and will not produce the inspection report.
Great place to Stay! So close to the strip and was perfect for me to get back and forth from the convention center.
Booked king room when I arrived I was told all they had left was a room with 2 queen beds
If it was possible to give a 0 star I would have. I booked a block of 20 rooms for a business conference and when I got to the Four Points I tried to check in and they said they never recieved my reservation. I luckily printed out my confirmation papers from the hotel and when I showed the Front Office Manager the paperwork he still denied my booking. Good Value – My sister and I were traveling north and decided to stay in Vegas for two days. Unfortunately the first day fell on Christmas Day and major hotels on the Strip were bit too pricey, so I gambled and booked this Holiday Inn which was about a mile away from the Strip. I've been to Vegas many times but never stayed at a hotel which is off the Strip and didn't know what to expect.
