This hotel will charge your account even if you cancel with them 2 weeks in advance. Then they will tell you that reservations are a guaranteed reservation and they get their money per Irma in sales. I am now without money I had set aside for my once a year vacation and not going anywhere. This is unbelievable that a company is so incompetent that they can’t admit their mistake or system error and reimburse a hard working person their money so they can relax. I’m beyond livid and have to disappoint my child as well.

We booked ahead of time. After a 4.5 hour drive all we wanted was to get the key to our room. We get here and all the rooms are booked😡. What kind of BS is this??? This is horrible this should never happened to your guests . You're supposed to provide us with great hospitality... How did this end up happening. You guys just killed our night/morning we are here just waiting. This is extremely unprofessional
