Due to concerned medical lower back condition, I am not able to travel from where I live, Florida to the West Coast. I would love to travel there sometime next year 2017, but for now I must wait and see.
It used to be called baymont then they changed it to fourpoints i loved the view of lasvegas at night in the bathroom was beautiful
The staff are amazing and the room was clean. Being off strip was great. There was great places just up the street to eat and a short bus or cab ride to whatever we want. Most cab drivers didn't know where the hotel was.
My wife and I stayed at this hotel from the 7th till the 9th my wife complained to the Housekeeping Manager about being bit by bed bugs . Your staff did not take her seriously . Well she was correct those damn bugs bit me too ! As we researched how the bumps don't always show immediately , I have them now ! You can sweep it under the rug if you want but there are bugs in room 220 . For you guys to try to keep it hush hush shame on you . I was a Housekeeping Manager myself and I and my superiors would take care of our patrons... read more
It was ok. The front desk staff were wonderfu.l But the hall smelled strange and my AC didn't work well. The thermostat was set at 60°and the room temperature was 78° at midnight.
